Charming historic decor throughout the property.
Getting to the hotel was a nightmare. The road was unexpectedly closed, and we received no prior notification, leaving us to scramble for parking. The steep stairs were challenging, and the cramped room felt neglected, which diminished the experience.

the location was perfect for the wedding venue. The hosts were super friendly n attentive. i loved the quirky old building, really adds character. breakfast was yum, i had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. they even provided a fan for the heatwave which was a nice touch. everything was clean and comfy!
the ceiling was kinda low for me and i bumped my head a couple of times. also, parking was a bit tricky since there was no designated spot.

Super comfy stay!
We had a lovely 3 nights in a spacious family room. Clive and Julie were so friendly and even made us sandwiches for breakfast since we were up early. The original beams in the room gave it such a nice vibe. The only thing was the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times. Would definitely recommend for a relaxed getaway!
